The owner of my house wanted to sell it and the first step for me was to get the house appraised. I found Steven on Yelp and he was great. He came to the house for measurements a day or two after we chatted via email and then a few days later I received a very thorough report which explained the value of the house. Steven's fee for this appraisal was slightly lower than some of his colleagues and given the quality of the work, it was a good deal. I strongly recommend him.
Steven did a great job in doing our appraisal. With only a few days notice, he managed to squeeze time into the weekend to meet our deadline in doing the walk-thru. He delivered the appraisal as promised which we found to be a very fair and thorough assessment of the property. I especially liked the comparison and adjustment information, plus the photos. I was in dire need of an appraisal within 48 hours so I checked craigslist and found this firm. I visited the website for some information and then called and left a message. I also placed an inquiry through the website. The site generated an auto-reply to my email advising I'd be contacted shortly. I received a call within an hour or so. I scheduled my appointment (gave a half hour window as estimated time of arrival) and my appraisal was completed the next morning.Mr. Gray arrived on time. He was very professional. He came in, took down the necessary information, took photos of the interior and exterior. The entire process took about 15 minutes.As promised, I received the appraisal the following afternoon.I highly recommend his services.
